Hotmail Folders

Locate the yellow folders on the left of screen. Folders arrange and sort your email messages. You will use these folders frequently.

• Junk folder - A place to store unsolicited advertising emails. Hotmail will catch some of this junk email coming into your account automatically.
• Sent Messages folder - This folder stores copies of your outgoing email messages.
• Drafts folder - This folder stores uncompleted or revised versions of outgoing email messages.
• Trash Can folder - This is where deleted email is stored. You can retrieve a message from here if you change your mind after deleting one.
