Opening Email
1. Once you have entered your account, click on the folder tab marked Mail on the Hotmail homepage. This automatically takes you to your Inbox where your messages are stored.
2. You should have one message in your Inbox from the Hotmail staff. To open it, click on the blue words Hotmail Staff (the sender), located under the pale blue From header.
