the Invader

Description: Want to have some fun while learning
about the ecological and economic impact of the invasive species
Solenopsis invicta, commonly known as the imported red fire
ant? Then follow the trail of Invicta as it spreads through
the region surrounding the imaginary coastal town of Tidal
Flats, LA. Find the stolen golden orbs and discover how a non-native
species can wreak havoc on an ecosystem.

Research. (As students use game-imbedded web resources
