Current Projects

Dr. Safrit recently conducted a statewide study of employee retention and turnover among North Carolina Cooperative Extension county program professionals. In 2006, he conducted a study of core elements in North Carolina county 4-H Youth Development educational programs that will be replicated nationally in 2009-2010.
