Helen Torres, San Antonio College (SAC) Director of Distance Education, and Carolyn Foster, SAC Online Counselor, participated in a state-wide collaborative with the NE Texas Consortium of Colleges and Universities in July 2005. They each wrote an article on online student support services that comprise part of a Texas Best Practices Monograph to assist other Texas colleges and universities in developing their online student support services websites. San Antonio College is featured as a model for replication.
