STANDING COMMITTEES

• The College Constitution establishes standing committees. The chairs of committees during 2008-2009 are to preside at the first meeting of the year.
• Traditionally, meetings are scheduled on Tuesdays, 1:10 - 3:00. Rooms are already assigned. When conflicts exist, the committee works out a new schedule. If additional times or other times are needed, they may be scheduled. When times are changed, please cancel the reserved room when arranging a new place and/or time and notify Sue Bullard.
• By May each committee should submit a brief annual report to Associate Dean Ponder.
