Siu-Man Raymond Ting Appointed
as Faculty Fellow for NASPA
Siu-Man Raymond Ting,
Associate Professor and Assistant Department Head
for
Curriculum, Instruction & Counselor Education, was appointed as a Faculty Fellow for NASPA. NASPA, also known as the Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, is the leading voice for student affairs administration, policy and practice. NASPA's mission includes strengthening the commitment of student affairs professions to educating the whole student and integrating student life and learning.
The NASPA Faculty Fellows group was established in 2002 to provide consultation and contributions to its members. The Fellows are comprised of 12 faculty members from various universities across the nation and each are appointed to a 3-year term. They are the "voice" of faculty within NASPA, and issues of concern to faculty are directed to the Fellows.
